the invisible inkling hinting
at a whisper in the wind singing
to an audience of dogs that scratch
the surface of an unknown chorus
barking animal instinct in between ley-lines
chanting
animal instinct in-between lines
pages of puzzles
solution waiting to be exposed
with water and light, tears and insight
red light and liquid
dense and acidic
soak the pages, strip the inkling naked
scrutinize the safe light of hindsight
the words
